When two worlds collide: then and now. D&G, two letters that have said so much in fashion, signed off their last runway show with an exceptional signature. As they merge their label back into the Dolce Gabanna Collection, D&G gave a sweet nod to both the past and the present. Hermes started the scarf trend ions ago, and in D&G's closing show we chose to represent their au revoir in the company of their peers Givenchy, Prada, Moschino. All of which are fashion houses that represent luxury, history, and innovation. Each of them painted the runway with a tresridicool update to the ever so chic scarf - transforming prints into coats, swimsuits, dresses, skirts, and tops. Bravo!
